How about leaders developing the right mindset and applying real leadership wisdom instead of rewarding individuals based on who was with them during campaigns?Good governance is what we deserve in Africa. It is a good gesture. We should also be watchful that those individuals do not get recycled in other quiet areas. Clearly they do not deserve any public office.
