Currently dealing with this now, my Pennywise came with a small spot of paint missing off the nose ( noticeable up close) and a scratched bit of paint where the headsculpt sits on the neck, the headsculpt was rolling around loose in the capsule when I unboxed it. I’ve followed up with the reseller multiple times who has stated they’ve reached out to the reseller in HK multiple times but I’ve had no luck after months of back and fourth.. InART really need to find away to support the customers at the end of the chain.. 🤦🏻‍♂️

@@OneSixthFigureFocus at this rate I doubt it 🤦🏻‍♂️ probably gonna have to attempt to touch it up myself. But doesn’t give me much faith for the other 3 inart figures I have on preorder if anything goes wrong. Atleast one of those is directly through Inart..

@@OneSixthFigureFocus messaged Inart and got a response, they’ve agreed to replace the damaged headsculpt and cover the shipping costs to the forwarding company, I just need to pay for shipping from the courier.. super happy with the outcome.

Sounds like lionrocktoysz is just going to fix the issue for you by themselves. Maybe they found a sculpt to buy, bought it and going to swap to end the issue.

Quite possibly. I have faith in them. 👍🏼 Hopefully INART provides the Lion Rock Toyz distributor with the replacement.

Has anyone from the Uk had any issues with ToysWonderland, my inart Gamdalf has been dispatched but it is late and thr tracking number isnt working it is stuck at stage 1 (sender is preparing to send). I have now sent TW 4 emails in order to try and chase it up but they just dont reply

No, they’re notorious for printing a label but the item(s) never moving. I’m stuck on the same boat as you with TW 😡

I would love to pick up the Joaquin Phoenix Joker set...but I'm actually shifting my direction a little bit. I just got a message from a custom Statue maker that I follow, and she's making another awesome Geisha X-Men character that I just gotta have with the other two that I've picked up. LOL I'm actually planning on canceling a few preorders and seeing what I might want to move out of my current roster to make room for more upcoming X-Men stuff.

When I got my Gandalf I had 2 moth holding hands and no right gripping hand TW sent a replacement hand with in a week I’m not saying use TW as I’ve been ripped off paying for Shang chi over a year ago

Got my InArt joker from lion rock. Great service and they had it for a decent price as well. Luckily mine were fine. Interestingly I have the InArt pennywise and the heads now twist off and don’t use the glue to keep the head sculpts in place like they did with this release.

@@OneSixthFigureFocus it has a peg system and you twist it a certain way to take it off the base. Didn’t realise it at first and almost damaged it thinking it was the same as Joker. And yes it would be good if InArt could get global distribution rights like with Dune. Hopefully any issues with the Paul figure should be a lot easier to deal with
