Thank you for your great reviews and demonstration. I have finally chosen the Esperato over the Cuisinmix...and cancelled my previous order of the Cuisinmix stand mixer, thanks to your review. Will be receiving my Esperato on Sunday. Based on your video, Im sure I have made the right choice. Thank you.

After reading the pros and cons review on the Esperato and Cuisinmix Inalsa stand mixer, I chose the cuisinmix stand mixer. It will be arriving tomorrow. Have I made the right choice? Hope I can get a satisfactory reply from someone before I accept the product.

Best review 👌... I wanted to buy this but I have a doubt on bread flour kneading. What is the maximum quantity of flour we can knead? I wanted to buy this mainly for bun and bread flour kneading. Only for domestic use. Please advise me

I've been using this for sometime now, I feel this bowl is too big for home use. You can use a lot of flour to make a bread. But still it works perfectly. I use it mainly for kneading bread dough and sometimes to make large batches of cakes or cookies.

Thank you so much for your valuable reviews. I have tennis elbow and cervical. Finds difficult to knead dough. Want to know what metal is used for the attachments like whisker and other two? Also since how many years you are using it now ? Thanks in advance 🙏

The attachments look like stainless steel. They have only mentioned stainless steel coated attachments. Not sure what metal is inside. Maybe aluminum. But it is steel on the outside. I am using this for more than 1 year. Thank you ☺️

I'm using inalsa for the past 1.5 years, i also use it only to knead dough and haven't had any issues so far. So no need for after service yet.

Does it wobble too much on high speed....In the video we can see the splash guard moving. ...is it sturdy enough to handle large amount of bread dough like 2 kg in one go as you have replied earlier and for 10 to 12 minutes...is the dough hook made of stainless steel ?

@@kezialiju4967 yes it wobbles a lot but it does knead the dough without any issues. I haven't tried with 2 kg as I bake only for my family but the size is large enough to accommodate 2 kg flour.

If we bake breads daily for sales in small amount wil it be useful..???
