Marquis of Illiria There are many of us, who do not speak and or read Spanish. It’s my guess that wolfjedisamuel has little or no Spanish language experience or educations. How it unintentionally turned out, It appears wolfjedisamuel used his or her experience with phonetics to sound out and to write the word. Maybe in your review, you could have initially explained that the sound for the the Spanish vowel “i” is “E” and then followed up from there.

@@vinyltapelover Probably would've been more understandable if I'd explained meself as you suggested. In Spanish we just have 5 vowel sounds: A as in Apples, E as in Elephant, I as in the first E of Eve, O as in Orange, and U as in Moose. And as such the way you read a word it's usually how it is pronounced except for a few exceptions: the H is silent except when making the letter CH which is pronounced like in English, if C is before E, I it isn't pronounced as in Car but as in the first C of Circus, if G is before an A, O, U then it is a soft G as in Golf but if it is before an E, I then it is a hard G and it is pronounced like a throat H like in Halal and other Arabic words as that is an Arabic influence in the language, but if you want to make a soft G sound then you need to add a silent U before de aforementioned hard G vowels and you end up with GUE/GUI but if you want to make the U of those diphthongs stop being silent, you end up adding a "diéresis" and making it an Ü, that is the reason Che Guevara's last name should sound to English-speakers like Gevara because if you pronounced the U, then it should be written as Güevara. And if you want to make a C as in Car sound you have two options the K which is barely used in any words in Spanish, usually loan words, or make a diphthong like with G buy you substitute the c for a Q and end up with QUE/QUI and the U is silent as well but contrary to GUE/GUI there is no Ü when you want to pronounce the U as you can just switch back to C. I hope this is a wee bit helpful for people who have almost null understanding of how to phonetically read Spanish. *Se va volando el huerco de pueblo rancho ciudad que le enseñó a los gringos a leer español*

In this written medium, nuances do not convey well, much less convey at all. in the same way as voice or eye to eye communication. I used to tell my children, now my their children, it ain't what you say, it's how you say it. You caused me to take my time and give thought in writing my musings in such a way as to promote a healthy, constructive dialogue. So, rather you realized it or not, you cause me to challenged myself and I had to step up, lol. I thank you for that and appreciate your patience. I may be assuming about the feelings of the original recipient, but I would like to hazard a guess that there may be a reduced feeling of embarrassment and maybe more a sense of enlightenment, acceptance and inclusion, thanks to your insight. j By the way,. I was trying to research The Town Hutco ranch and where it was located and is there a chance that depending on where the speaker is from , that "gringo(s)" might be construed as an insult of sorts? Raul Ojeda Yeah his mom passed away a couple of years ago. I think from complications of diabetes. That why he went on a diet. He didn’t want to die early from diabetes too.

@@beadnut when I first started following him and found out what his age was, I was worried for him due to his health. I saw him live 5 years ago and that's where he announced his diabetes and his diet. I felt heartbroken for him, but glad he decided to shed off a couple of pounds to maintain stable health. Fluffy is too talented and humble to die young.
