Hipkins comes across as just churlish and childish from where I'm sitting - like a smug teenager in a school student union body. He became leader of the Labour party by default when Adern made a run for it because it was clear the writing was on the wall for her and the party and clearly in his short reign Hipkins did nothing to reassure the country that Labour could turn things around or that he could effectively lead the country in a way that all NZers would respect and thereby lost to the National coalition so my question is this: why on earth hasn't the Labour Party done a bit of introspection and found a new leader from within the party who is up to the task of inspiring NZers, leading rather than whinging?

Mr Hipkins is just as complicit in deliberate harm caused to thousands of Kiwi citizens and businesses as Jabby is as they were the drivers of it all & ignored all the clinical democratic voices shouting to no avail. Just disgusting behaviour which clearly shows Mr Hipkins for who he actually is. I (very politely) called him a liar to his face & no response - no integrity - complete zero.

Standard tactic by opposition parties. It lets them ask a points scoring supplementary question that the minister/pm hasn't been able to prepare for.

What a circus - Te Pati and Greens will just agitate and disrupt as much as possible - Winston too much experience for them all combined.

I cannot stand the sight of Hipkins he absolutely disgusts me. The only person I dislike more in the world would be Ardern. The huge dislike of these individuals suprises me they even believe they can live in NZ.

Thats quite a shame how the labour party acts like children. This is meant to be honourable speaking representing the peoples interests. There was very little intelligent questions. Winston Peters was the only speaker who made sense. I do wonder how anything productive can come from any of this. Its a shame Mr Hipkins has shown childish antics in this occasion, I hope he does better next time. We need leaders who focus on the things that matter, and speak the truth with legitimate facts. Ask intelligent questions to get to the root of the issue.
