Hello from Montreal, Quebec. Canada...I have been following Lucy Thomas for about 1 year..She has 5 songs over 1,000,000 views on You Tube and that includes the song Hallelujah which has over 2,150,000 views on You Tube. She has released 2 albums and every song is amazing. I just read in one of her comments that she will be releasing another video in about 1 week..So all her fans stay tune. This lady is going places.

By the way my wife has been a piano teacher for over 18 years.Bruddah Sam..you are not the only one who thinks this girl is perfect.I play her music everyday..It is like a magnet or a boomerang..It is hard to explain.I hope you do a reaction to her cover of Hallelujah

Yes, absolutely agree! Also, her cover of the "Frozen" film's song "Let It Go"! I think she does it better than the singer on the soundtrack. My 3-year old granddaughter loves the Frozen movies. I played Lucy's version of Let It Go for her at Christmas time from my iTunes, and she was delightfully mesmerized -- had to play it for her about a half dozen times! Lol!

Play Lucy all the time also Martha absolutely fantastic nobody can beat them there’s not mega paid artists that can even come close to there standards.

Just beautiful! I think Martha is but 10 years old here and Lucy is a force to be reckoned with!

The harmony was absolutely incredible! I love listening to them and just Lucy alone! So talented!!

As you asked, Lucy was in UK voice for kids in 2018. She did not win. why? no idea... In the 2 last years her voice improve tremendously. Her interpretation of of : La vie en rose and Hallelujah are at a worldwide level.

Hello Eridan, well, she reached the semi final stage. Dont forget she was 13yrs nearly 14yrs at that time, and first major exposure on TV, and maybe a little overwelmed !!. I.M.H.O., maybe one reason why she did not progress to finals was program format (the song was chosen for her, maybe did not exactly showcase her talent), and these TV contests can be biased towards more, lets say current "shouty" songs, and more "edgy" performers. Lucy's strength is her pure angelic voice, well trained, classical crossover, musical theatre genre. Thanks to good/understanding gentle management, using her obvious singing style, her voice and presentation has improved a million fold in the past 2 years. Sister Martha very good at such a young age, will naturally improve with age through her early teenage years. Best wishes from UK.

I happened upon Lucy about a year ago while being entertained by various artists on KZread. Since, then I watch for her new music and enjoy every song. She has had the same vocal coach for years and her voice and control continue to grow. I can't see how she cannot make it wherever she wants to go. I think this is only the third duet with Martha and at least I can see such a remarkable difference in Martha's abilities (maybe confidence). Please react to some of Lucy's other solo music. I think you will enjoy it.

I love to see the reactors when they hear Lucy and Martha sing their duets for the first time! And when they hear just Lucy for the first time, and in either case the reactors are just blown away, just like I was the first time that I heard the Thomas girls! Have been following Lucy for a long time, owning her first 3 albums. She has been recording since age 8 (even have one song from age 6). She is awesome, and her younger sister Martha is quickly becoming a voice to contend with as she ages and matures. You MUST check out her cover of Hallelujah and many others of course. Good listening.

She has released 3 album's on Cavendish Records which is run by British composer Chris Broom. The 3 album's are entitled Premiere, Encore and Timeless. Her latest release exhibits the clear and obvious progression in her voice although you could equally hear the improvement between Premiere and Encore despite the fact they were both released only about a year apart, there are also 2 or 3 original pieces composed by Chris Broom on Encore from the musical Rosie which Lucy is set to star in as the leading role. The track called Gentle Breeze is an English adaptation of the more light-opera piece entitled Dolce Vento which Chris originally wrote with Italian lyrics and has been performed by classical/crossover singers like Jonathan Antoine and Alessandra Paonessa.

Lucy Thomas is the best young singer in the world, and in the top ten of all singers. IMHO. Ah, and at least one of Lucy's albums is on Spotify - a must listen. Martha isn't on her albums, so far.

Hello Ross, well, actually they duet on Lucy's 2nd Album "Encore", track 5, "Say Something", Martha was 10yrs at that time. I understand that there will be 2 duet songs on Lucy's 2rd album, due to be released this summer 2021. Best Wishes from UK.

Thank you for your reaction, this is the first I've heard of Lucy and Martha Thomas. Their voices blend together so perfectly and compliment each other the same! Bruddah Sam, your description of them singing this song, I have to say, I agree completely. Usually when I watch a reaction video, I do so to actually watch the reactor so I can comment on the reactors bodily reaction. With this song, I had to close my eyes, listen to their voices as they sang,and fight the tears. To get personal for a minute, (this ties in with these two extremely talented artists), I at one time volunteered for years with a local Hospice. One of the things I did was step into a client case once they were near death and hold their hands or touching them as they passed. I became close to each person as I would spend days and nights with some at the hospital for weeks and then as they left their earthly body. While listening to these talented young ladies sing the words, "in the arms of an Angel", I was picturing each of my beautiful clients being covered by the arms of an Angel. These two extremely talented artists transported me to some of the most important and rewarding times of my life. Again, thank you for your great reaction.
