@@saurabbbhardwaj1930 BJP has fielded candidate in 'Inner Manipur',but not in 'Outer Manipur'. BJP does not have presence in Kashmir, but is defenitey their in Jammu. What do you mean by 'North East'? Who is ruling Assam?
