+tabatha Fehrmann I’m trying to have each video have a focus, last one was the lightner/toner, previous one was the PH Bonder and this one is focusing on breaking the base or doing a base bump. Videos would be over an hour long if I went in depth into each part. I figured this way I feel I can explain each step a little more. But I’ll keep this in mind for future videos. ellebangs Sounds cool, I get the idea, very fun. Still I would never think of exploiting you to do a long video, even close to an hour I just meant a quick shot of the toners (bottles). I know you put them in the description box, but it’s just a little easier to visually see the bottles, toners are so important to the overall color. And I didn’t know if you always tone zone 1, then 2 and then 3 or sometimes you do it all at once, that’s what I mean by describing how you are applying the toner. Love you & your work😘

Wondorawoman I got that. But that wouldn’t have affected a level 7, it was too light. So I wonder if she maybe did a level 7 toner on roots.

So for the toning solution you mentioned “processing solution” does that mean developer?

Yes! Redken shades EQ line has its town developer supposed to be mixed with the color. It’s called processing solution and doesn’t have a number of volume on the actual bottle. I feel like I learned what col developer its closest too in a class but I totally forgot! Prob not anymore than 10 Vol.
