Passionate about birds since he was 19, Joseph founded the Rugezi Ornithology Center. Twice a week, he shares his passion with students and takes them into the forest to record birds such as the Grey crowned crane, an endangered species. The aim is to use a mobile application to record the bird species that live near the local population and to help protect them.
