In Pursuit Of A Cure For Autism

Meet Ganesh. Living in Kentucky, USA, he was detected with Autism at the age of 5. His parents who are from a medical background (father-cardiologist, mother- nurse) tried all possible treatments for autism in the USA but saw no significant improvement. The Pursuit of a Cure for Autism brought them to Mumbai, India at the NeuroGen Brain & Spine Institute where Ganesh underwent Stem Cell Therapy for Autism. And what followed was the greatest miracle of their life! Witness their journey and the remarkable improvements seen in Ganesh after undergoing Stem Cell Therapy. A true story of an extraordinary boy who is also a big fan of President Donald Trump with a dream of meeting him one day.

I work with autistic adults and it's the most rewarding career choice I have ever made. Not well paid nor always well respected. Perhaps the most rewarding choice in itself I have ever made. Yet, on the flipside, it is such a frustrating condition. While I am and will always be as gentle as a cloud with the people I support, (while not pitying them or feeling sorry), I do sometimes sob in secret about the way nature's cruelty has robbed these potentially talented individuals of sometimes spectacular lives they could be enjoying. I love my job. If I can get a smile from a person I support or get them telling me about what they are doing or things they have been enjoying, I go home happy. Doesn't matter how much wee or poo I have to clean up. If I've helped them and seen even a glimmer of a connection or a new skill they have adopted and achieved, that's me satisfied.

I can understand why you wouldn't be respected if you want a cure, the only autistic people who want a cure have been convinced by people like YOU that they are BROKEN for having a condition that is only a disability because of Nuerotypicals, it's really heartbreaking to see.

I too have dedicated my career working in this field, totally understand where you are coming from. However, I do not feel my students have been robbed, that's just social constraints that neuro-typical people are taught. My students are completely unique, no boundaries or stigmas, just beautiful souls. It is their Autism that affords them this. I wish I could spend just 10 minutes inside their mind, see, feel and experience how they see the world in order to provide them a way to cope more easily. I'm an SEN sensory and horticulture teacher and also a grandmother of an amazing pre-verbal 5yr old, I'd give my right arm to hear him say grandma, but I'm working on other ways, his way, of communicating this, but I know he's saying it without speech 💙 keep doing what you're doing 👏 you are appreciated

An inspirational story of a young aspiring boy Ganesh , son of Dr. Raghu Srinivasan - an Interventional Cardiologist from Maysville -USA , who was growing normally like any other kid till tragedy struck to the family from no where - that Ganesh was suffering from AUTISM - Fact that was tough to accept initially . The family tried number of measures to no avail till he received Stem Cell Therapy followed by Occupational therapy at `Neurogen ` under Dr. Alok Sharma & Neurogen team. He showed remarkable improvement both clinically and on PET Scan Imaging of Brain. Truly an inspirational story . Salute to Neurogen Team for their efforts to make it a reality . Wishing Ganesh best of recovery and Neurogen team to make a difference in many more of such lives.

@@Michaelvarez There is a Stem Cell Therapy, but, It won't remove all the genetic mutiations that causes Autism, there are so many of them, it's impossible to change the whole brain structure and it is not possible to even completely cure it, so, that means that Autism can not be cured, it will just help you have Social Cues, it will make you have Social Cues. because, they put cells in your body that changes your brain a little bit, but, even after that prosses, you will always have an Autistic Brain, it's just to look similar to the normal brain, but, the the waves of the Brain is still Autistic, or, I can say, slightly Autistic, you just have Social Cues, but, still have Autistic Symptoms, that's it

"evil of autism" let's see here, people killing people just for having autism, torturing them through electric shock therapy, making them injest bleach. Are you sure you don't want to rephrase it as "evil against autism". But please do tell me more about how eugenics is the answer.

I'm placing this out there for Clinicians, Scientists, or anyone who is interested in our son's steady recovery from ASD. Mid August 2020 our 3 year son was bitten by a Copperhead Snake and was rushed by Ambulance to a Hospital and given Antivenom. Since the incident he has been on a linear improvement in "All" of his symptoms. He improves everyday. He presence is even different. Someone needs to study this for ASD victims.

Just remember there is no need for a cure, just treatment to improve someones life. Stem cell is also not a cure. Not all parts of autisim is bad. No one will ever be completley "normal". Just treat it so that you or your kids can have a happy and succsesfull life. Autisim is not evil and again, there is no cure you just need to know how to live with it happily.
