It doesn’t look cooked all the way honestly 😅 although it actually reminds me more of ham..like deli ham here in the states But traditionally this is how I see bacon being made in Korea. It’s never like really crispy like in the states.. maybe it’s just a preference thing

If you touch raw meat with gloves without washing your hands, it will still contaminate everything you touch. The care that goes into making a staple food is incredible.

J P It’s actually quite ignorant to think other countries would serve unsafe raw meat and just let their consumers get food poisoning. Korea is a very developed country and their food safety inspection is very strict, and as modernized as if not better than the US.

I think their meat is somehow different bc the beef looks weird too all the white fatty spots 🤔 but yeah I thought the bacon was under cooked

@@rachelreeb695 I think they used several types of meat for the burger not just all ground beef because it looks extra tender, I’m fine with the burger but the bacon and onions were still under.. hoping not tho

@@RC-rg3vz I know that in Japan it's popular for restaurants to combine ground beef and ground pork because beef is so expensive. Maybe it's the same thing in Korea?
