It's a shame that Michael Billington never got to play Bond. He was a much more versatile actor than both Roger Moore and George Lazenby. RIP Michael.

Lazenby WASN'T an actor & Sir Roger had prolific half century+ career by leaning into his Spitting Image of being an eyebrow actor, he himself attributed his career to being 6'3" & having a straight nose. Richard Burton mentions repeatedly in his diaries the importance of luck to any actor's career, Michael Billington despite being working actor for years never got that lucky break.

Yes she was. I couldn't find any information on her cause of death though, I know Michael died of cancer. No photos of her or her grave that I could find, but there is a photo of Michael Billington's grave. Their son was also called Michael I believe.

Yes read his son played for junior football team in Holland , now an actor looks like his father , seen on website . Yes m billington died young so handsome also read went out with Barbra brockeli for 8 years , before his marriage
