@@killualuwe4723 Find a club near you, it will of course cost but it’s truly worth it in my opinion. You train, have fun, meets load of new people who are better, at the same, or worst than you, you train with them and get to know their personalities. And the best thing about it is that you can bond with them about volley and get/give tips to or from other players and coaches. You’ll see a lot of improvement as well, even if you may that you’re lacking or getting worst, it’s a part of the process and in the end you’ll get more experience and skills. It’s worth a shot if you find any near your area.

Work on strengthening your wrists and making clean contact with your thumb, index, and middle fingers. Also make sure to get your feet positioned and your shoulders squared to where you're setting. Keep practicing the basics (4, 2, and 5) and then you can eventually move to more complex sets like shoots, quicks, and pipes. Glad you enjoy the content! Best of luck!

I just got covid and i was supposed to have my last volleyball game of this season in Saturday. I feel bad that i have miss it now but these videos make me feel better

Im not sure if you have clarified before, but are you guys students from Temple Playing at a gym there? I think I saw one of your friends wearing a temple shirt.

How high do you have to jump? I’m pretty tall for my age but not great at jumping so my spikes aren’t getting enough momentum. Are there any workouts or stretches that increase leg momentum?

For me it is the other way around. I am not that tall but can jump pretty high. Height: 176cm or about 5" 9.5' and my max jump height is about 310cm which is about 10.1"

What happen to the group from a year ago?

I really wanna play volleyball but being 13 and only in 7th grade there’s no leagues that accept here in Pa the only time I’ll be able to play volleyball is in highschool which sucks bc I rlly like the sport and I don’t wanna wait 2 more years

There might be some volleyball summer camps or something that way you can play and hone your techniques until high school
