Yeah I remember buying come clarity when I turned 17 , it fuckin blew me away , p.s I like metal heads but I don't like the elitism some in the community have , I would always hear oh Melo death isn't good or they say this album was too poppy or melodic wtf 😒 .Dude the lyrics on this album will make you ball your eyes out , because it's not only poetic but it seems genuine and unique not to mention talks about life's trials and tribulations.

I thought his singing was good, his voice was just weird. I'll have to check out some recording videos. I loved his singing on this album because of how unique his voice is but he covered it up in the later albums doing that stupid hard rock singing

Remember getting into this band randomly due to walking around a record/music store before my college courses. They had several spots where you could listen to the CDs and I just so happens to try the band out randomly. This album came out afterwards and I was hooked

This is the song that got me into metal. For that, I'll always be eternally grateful.

I feel like this is the last IF album to actually have some melodeath in it.

Found in flames too late in my life, but I'm glad I did.

1st time i heard the song it resonated with me,i didn't know why. I read the lyrics later on and now i know why. Ive been that person in the past, little bit of sympathy and empathy.

Everytime when I'm driving in heavy rain: "TAKE THIS LIFE! I'M RIGHT HERE!!"

Scary!! I was 6 when this came out. Been surrounded with amazing sounds like this since day dot!🤟 Got me through the darkest period of my life thus far. Other homeless don't bother you when your music sounds like your ready for a fight 24/7. 😅 23 now, and the loves still there.

@lange darm lol yes they will definitely have a proper music influence. They're still young tho so i don't listen to much rock in front of them. I mostly listen to Fleetwood mac, eagles, stuff from that era in front of them, a lot of 90s too if its not to heavy. They'll be fully aware of most music by the time they develop their own taste for music. Their dad listens to country in front of them, i hate country myself unless its older. But They'll be exposed to most. Just not rap/hip hop crap, i can't do it, so when they get older they can check it out if they want but hopefully my influence drives that want away lol
