This has been my favorite In Flames song since 2004.

that is their best song...it is sad they don't make songs like this anymore...

until I looked up the lyrics a few years ago, I used to not know what he was saying during the chorus, so I used to say "Tell them to pay for every pulsive toast". That's what I heard.

True, I don't meant to be negative in any way but this song just has some emotional meanings to me. Though i listen to the beats and guitars etc. but you can't deny the nice vocals of andérs ;) but it isnt bad to see at the negative things in live also, it makes you a stronger person. funny thing is i listen to it with beers and friends as well ;)

@helpfuk No.This live performance was recorded in Seoul/South Korea, not in Tokio. "The Tokio Showdown" was the live CD after the "Clayman" album and was recorded in November 2000. This performance is in 2002. It have to be recorded during the "Reroute To Remain" tour cause Anders have dreadlocks in this perfomance. And Anders made his dreads after recording the "Reroute To Remain" album. And secondly the band wear the same outfit like in the "Cloud Connected" video. (first single of RTR)

Their live version is different from the cd... I like that ^^

@cjevnise The naturally played music such as guitars, bass, drums and vocals are all live. Sometimes they MIGHT use a third guitar because their old music involved a lot of harmonised guitars and a rhythm guitar at the same time. The only times where it's not live is the synthesizers and the keyboards as they don't have a full-time keyboardist.

Anders is either really drunk or really tired you can see it from his eyes :P

@Krofius Ok sry i did not read the comment properly. Yes, its true that In Flames made better Liveshows after then but this is one of their best musically live performances. Its extremely well played and his voice is just awesome here. No big Pyroshow like today but very very good played.

the title of the album reroute to remain is so symbolic. I sometimes wonder if a bit of the change of style is due to anders loosing his voice; Colony was my favorite phase. Oh well.

those are screamo yells not death growls. progression: Jester race: cracky deep death growl Whoracle: Less cracky death growl Colony: Death growl raised to a higher pitch Clay Man: Colony-like but kinda cracky. Reroute and over: Screaming, less dark, squealy, total different screaming accent. Why do you think people ask if the singer is different when they see him before reroute?
