This video features my home built mixer / in ear monitor system based around the most excellent Soundcraft UI24 digital mixer.
I decided to build a the system into two racks:
1) Mixer
2) Stage split
For most gigs where I am using my own PA system, I use the mixer rack on it's own, or if i am playing a larger gig where the PA is supplied, I simply add the split rack - this allows me to use the UI24 for my in ear monitors whilst the FOH engineer mixes the band using their equipment.
