Ewg hooks are good with these but they slip u can get weightless screw lock ones are good too and they make screw lock ones with weight too

I believe that is an owner weight twistlock swimbait hook and 4/0 3/16. That’s all I had on me but I personally would recommend a 3/0

I'd recommend nedlock jigheads. Will really help make them feel more durable.
