NEW YORK, October 12, 2014 - Khumariyaan, an instrumental quartet from Peshawar, Pakistan, performs in a concert that was part of a U.S. tour sponsored by the U.S. State Department's Center Stage program. Khumariyaan's members are Farhan Bogra, rubab and Pashtoon sitar; Shiraz Khan, percussion (Zerbaghali); Sparlay Rawail, lead guitar and Ghungro percussion; and Aamer Shafiq, rhythm guitar.

Well, that was an experience. these guys have such stage presence. If the DJs can do what they do without vocals, Why cant we, right? Go Khumariyaan!
Rubab is not from Turkey or Iran, it originated from central Afghanistan is part of every music of Pashto/Tajiki.

You guys play great music 👌 but I am sorry to tell you that you got it all wrong about Bela and zer e baghli, Bela is not a pashto word and it means marshes around and in the middle of a river and zer e baghli is played under one's arm or under the armpit but anyway you play and create great intoxicating music 👌
