Sounds a lot like the Modern V8s with direct injection. They kind of growl, not so much scream at high RPM. Can't wait for the 500. This car looks racey.

This just might be the best package for super speedway racing they're constantly passing and bump drafting and slingshotting it's amazing on how you can only use half the throttle the state in the draft and catch up and then you can just floor on how much throttle is left in the draft just crazy how much speed these cars carry in the draft behind someone else and then you still got three a quarter to half throttle left to play with the slingshot because you can hear another testing videos and in this video but they're letting off the throttle when they get up to the car and they're staying with the car then they get back all the way on the throttle then they're passing them a lot better drafting than any other gen car in the last 15 years I think

There's going to be an announcement of a new racing series with real pit stops real stock cars and the average short track racer that you see on Saturday nights at your local asphalt half mile track will be able to forward the race in the series as well it's got major broadcasting and all kinds of big sponsors and it's going to be in between a pro late model and a late model stock or a super stock or something like that and it's 10,000 to start $50,000 to win every race and $250,000 for the points champion and it's going to be for the average guy who can afford to go pro late model racing on a professional level at your local asphalt tracks will be able to forward to do this and the guy who's doing it even said people who run Street stocks and stuff they'll be afford to do it if they only run one or two races a year with us it's going to have real drafting real super speedway racing just like the '80s that he said there's not very much information on it yet but he said he is bringing back true stock car racing like it was in the '80s White knuckle bad to the Bone racing none of this kids got money junk or got the NASCAR cuz of your name and all this political stuff that NASCAR gets into and all this other crap this is going to be just solely about getting behind the wheel and driving a stock car to try to win and also they got to contingency sponsors for cars and everything else and hell if you can't afford to run it if you got a car that you know is decent enough to qualify to make the race at least just run two laps and then park it and get your $10,000 for starting and then save up at 10 grand to get you a better car and all kinds of stuff and be able to forward a crew members and Jackman and a pit crew and then go racing The following season full time and I can guarantee you that you can find a bunch of your buddies from the local short track you race with and they would be more than willing to come out there and pit for you for free and volunteer their time because you're all friends cuz you race together and they're a part of something bigger than what they normally do every Saturday night on a bigger stage so that way drivers get actually noticed and picked up by actual race teams as well but they said they are bringing this racing back to the fans and it's all about the fans I can't wait to see the rule book and what the cars are going to be that might even build one myself just to go start and park a couple times or try to qualify and run the races

@HybridSpeciesVIDS I'm not talking about stock no racecar on dirt or asphalt is 100 percent stock anymore I'm talking about real style stock car racing with inverts that are decided by a huge dice or pulling a number out of a bag and no stage racing.

@HybridSpeciesVIDS and I know man. Us asphalt sat night drivers down here in the south are real racers that drive and got talent the gulf coast on Florida and the south have the best short track racers then anywhere else mainly gulf coast does. If it wasn't for the talent in every class down here it would be to easy to win races and not motivate you to get car better cuse why work on it if your winning every race

You all realise a car thats too stable is worse... right? When cars are stable they ride closer together, when cars are closer together they hit each other more often. Not to mention there's no incentive to make passes until the very end of stages because you can just wait it out and drive up to the lead in 5 laps. The pack from first to last is tighter and everyone has a car that handles well, which makes passing TOO easy. Cars that handle TOO well aren't that fun to watch, and skill becomes more secondary.

stock cars never really handled well to begin with, its part of what stock cars are. That's where the issue comes because the moment sophisticated aero got on these cars the handling got beyond horrible, and we see a similar theme with "stable" cars like f1 cars where they just lose so much downforce. That's why these rules exist, to keep the cars from handling too poorly in dirty air making passing impossible. If you can limit performance degradation from dirty air, you can see true skills because it truly depends on race craft and skill. Passing can never be too easy, these cars aren't slingshotting themselves past each other. The only way for passing to be too easy is if the car in front is somehow at a disadvantage.

i dont understand why nascar has this 200 mph maximum speed "rule", restrictor plate racing is boring, nascar's cars today are very safe...
