I’m reading What Moves the Dead by T Kingfisher, and with this ambience, it does not disappoint 🙌

I put this on to play a text based rpg set in a spooky sorceror's castle. Perfect!

I've listened to this every day while writing to my latest project. It gets me in the right mindset, brings me back to where I left off and takes me to the next scene of my writing. This is one of the best creepy, scary theme soundeffects /music ambience pieces I've found. All the sounds blend well and the music part is really mesmerizing and helps.put me into a great meditative state. Its really great for when you are just plotting story ideas and a story line for a game or a text story, or just daydreaming.

This is absolutely one of my favourites. Starting to really like your work.

..walking in the dark hallways at night, he heard silent screams..his face stayed cold and emotionless as the sound of pouring rain was heard from outside the windows..he stopped in his tracks as he stared outside looking through the stained glass window that separates him from the night.The shadows of darkness stretched on for what seemed like an endless journey of despair and malice as the rain hit the windows as if begging, clawing, *trying* to enter the castle to run from the very night that laced the sky…Thunder struck loudly echoing through the halls of the castle as the sky flashed from lighting leaving an echoing eeriness of thunder strikes and crashes behind its path of deceit as if screaming like the souls of the forgotten. The lights in the hallways flickered along with their flames as they burned dimly in the dark castle halls..cold air radiated off of Kuragari as he coldly looked out at the landscape…the moon was but nothingness as the dark clouds filled the endlessly dark sky…

I’m running a dnd campaign and just recently started getting into playing music that fits the environments the party is in. And this is one I already added to my playlist for a castle invaded by goblins that I’m going to use. It’s both soothing and eerie at the same time, like you almost don’t want to know what’s around the corner ahead of you 😅 keep making this type of material!

The aesthetic soundscape brings me back of Mallet Island's Ancient Castle Stage. Stellar job Mate

was playing this while i was playing starfield yes I know and I agree starfield should be called loading screen and wasted potential. but my starborn playthrough tracking down the artifacts it made the game more fun.

Mizar dwelled beneath the surface, in the catacombs. Far from the Necromancer was the boy who sought him. In order to kill a Necromancer, you must be prepared to die at a moment's notice. He was ready. The sorcerer needed to die and his undead minions vanquished. The road was long and the dead were many but he only needed the the dagger. The dagger aided him, but it was he who wielded it, he who used its power to abolish their black magic from the realm. He walked, and fought.

This may sound weird/cringe... But I'm a huge fan of the game Super Paper Mario. When I listen to this track, I picture someone wandering the ruined halls of Castle Bleck. No allies, no enemies, nothing but them and their thoughts... At least, that's what it seems. But they can't shake the feeling of something silently watching them... Judging them... Wondering if they could be of use. They should not be here. They should have never come here. For something truly evil is still trapped in these black corridors. And it wants out. It wants revenge.

I wish there was no way back. Unfortunately there is.

Luther needs to hire a better mason, I think there's a draft coming in. /j
