He just wanted some fame; that's why he started streaming. If he really wanted to do something good for the judiciary, he should have focused on the lower judiciary, like the district courts or session courts, which have to endure immense pressure from governments and establishments, unlike the Supreme Court that can't be influenced or pressurized easily. Qazi makes statements totally contradicting his earlier ones; sometimes he literally contradicts the law and refers to Islamic verses. If he wants to refer to islamic verses, he better apply sharia law instead of today's law. He also makes statements that make him look like he came from mars. His statements show he is clearly biased, just like earlier judges. His family is settled outside Pakistan, and he didn't provide the money trail for his family's assets; instead he relied on a Supreme Court judge's impunity. The man is a total red flag. There’s a difference between debates and press conferences and in America not every press conference is handled that way but some important press conferences that are very important in terms of timing and issues they most likely do handle it that way

If a chief justice asks a question, they want to bring it on the record as to who the individual is or what the subject matter is. Another thing, Monsieur Khan, a chief justice's remark, which one may find "insulting", like you did in this case, is usually made with a macro approach and strategy and is not always baseline and not to be considered on its own as an argument; its to bring spread-out elements and moving parts into focus. A reason for questioning and remarks is to draw out and have clarity before the final submission of the lawyers' argument, on record. The judgement or opinion of non involved folx are thus to be suspended before a judgement is made by a chief justice; I believe it's called sub-judicial. And it makes sense to me since a chief justice has to have all the submitted info to deliberate on. My two cents.
