The most helpful part of this video for me was actually how you randomly missed that attempt but didn't let it bother you and just made it the next set. I have a habit of letting random misses get in my head and ruin training sessions.

Hello, how often should I do front squats since I feel power clean is much easier than regular clean because I lack the leg strength? I don't have that issue with back squat, but front squat feels much more difficult. Keep up with great videos!

I can get snatch/clean pulls quite high towards my chest and vertically but can't seem to transition it properly to full snatch/cleans as my toes lift up from my balance going backwards and the bar swings forward after contact. Any recommended cues?

What's your opinion on the powerlifter doing a 400kg cross armed front squat. And also your opinion on the massive squat of the Estonian weightlifter, I can never remember his name. He looks like he could front squat close to 400kg. But the percentage of their clean and jerks do not come close to what is recommended. What do you think the upper limit of the CandJ is when we see people front squatting 400kg.

how heavy should a beginner aim to go for the top working sets for this complex since a beginners true max is not known? I know you aim for 80% but is 90% acceptable for a beginner?
