I believe she’s talking about coconut pulling, as it’s called. You put say a dessert spoonful of organic coconut oil in your mouth, swish around your mouth for about ten minutes BUT don’t do as I did once, and that is spitting it down the plug hole - it really does block the pipes up. Coconut oil is VERY sensitive to heat and cold.🎉

Probably done on purpose to get people to watch the full video. It’s a “tease”, which is a great strategy, She charms us with her sense of humor in this tease video and now, even though I already know what she is referring to and I don’t technically need to watch the full video, I WANT to.

Eat more plant based meals. Halitosis may result from a diet heavy in animal products. Our long intestines were meant to extract as much nutrients as possible from plants. True carnivores have short intestines so as the meat doesn’t remain long in their systems and rot. Emphasize more fresh fruits and veggies in your diet and see what happens.

Same here, I have spent thousands in medical bills, and no one has done anything to help me. I take really good care of my mouth, haven't had a single cavity in over 15yrs but the bad smell is there. The ONLY thing that helps, but I know it's bad, is doing gargle with 3%oxygenated water. Dilute it 50% pure water and 50% oxygenated water. I do it like 1x or 2x a week.

Also brush your teeth with baking soda and try washing ur mouth n gargling with baking soda n salt mixture. You can also chew on a clove after meals or fennel seeds after meals to freshen your breath Thank me later
