Funny part, we all can understand English but still we think we are weak 😔
You're so necessary for the world, thanks for being such a great teacher.
Explaining using preposition on/in means of transport was brilliant! I use them quite naturally in a process of learning English but now I know why and I'll remember that.
I've been following linguamarina since month ago. I have been following you approximately for a month. because your videos grab my attention and you talk like native speakers and teaching English effectively. Thank you so much
Marina, your teaching style is amazing and I really enjoyed this lesson. Your expressions was wonderful.

My English's teacher is horrible. I know English better than her because I am not in danger I am the danger. A guy open his door and get shot and you think that of me... No.. I am the one who knocks
I have been following Lingua Marina for one year. The first video I ever watched was how to prepare for Toefl in two weeks. It actually helped me a lot! I prepared for a month and was able to get 100 plus.
I started following you this August, 2023 and I also subscribed to your channel as watching two videos, but now watching and learning more from you videos is turning into a beautiful addiction for me... Keep Up with the good works, you are sincerely making learning easier for me.
Thanks a lot you are amazing !!! You make everything seems easier!!! Keep it up
You're my savior in English! I saw this last night because i was looking for a vlog that will teach me in English grammar that is easy to understand. And i just tried to watch this and i am really happy to finally found this ! Thank you so much! Please keep making video like this ! By the way im from the Philippines but i am currently here in Malaysia! I am repeating and repeating to watch this video and taking a notes 😊
Everything was well explained and learned so many things from this video. didn't even skip a second because the video was immensely interesting and knowledgeable. before this, I tried so many times to learn prepositions and grammar but was not able to master it but now I got a broad idea about grammar so Thank you so much for the precise video.
I've been following Linguamarina for about 3 years. I've been following Linguamarina since 2019. I think it was a video about accent differences between UK and US English that made me your subscriber!
Hey Linguamarina! You are excellent teacher. Thank you for these benefical videos.
Thanks a lot 💛 I adore your teaching method
I 've been watching you for 1 month as practice for an interview. You are doing a great gob and your videos are very helpful
Your command of the English language brings me joy as, oftentimes when speaking with some adults who were born in America, I find myself questioning their basic literacy.
I’m student from Indonesia. Now I still learning English , and Your video handy for me. Thank you so much Mrs. Marina 😊
I am from India 🇮🇳 I've been following Linguamarina for 2 years now. I've been following this great English teacher since 2020. I always had the desire to learn spoken English but as I turned 20 years old I thought that it was impossible because I used to think that learning any new language is possible in our childhood only. I lost all the hope. I never got a chance to study in English medium school due to financial reasons. But I was in love with this language. When pandemic happened I found Linguamarina on KZread and the very first video I watched was the one where Marina 🥰 was teaching phrases. I just fell in love with the content and she was the only foreigner who's accent was super clean and clear to understand ❤️ I kept watching her videos and it became my habit, my day was incomplete and uncomfortable without her videos. And I'm so emotional right now because I'm telling you what miracle happened after that 🥺🥺 I never ever tried to speak English because I had no one but listening to Marina I started thinking in English and one year down the line my mind was able to speak English. But it was still in my head and I never thought that I will ever be able to speak English with my mouth. But because my heart was just crazy about this language.. I found a person who was ready to practise spoken English. Then the very first time I spoke I was very scared although I had all the sentences in my head still they won't come out of my mouth. That day I kept making mistakes because I was nervous. But miraculously the second day I started speaking that guy and me we both were shocked because I literally started speaking so perfect that I didn't even make grammatical mistakes in my speaking. Since that day I never looked back and Linguamarina has completely transformed my perception towards a language as well as my life🙏🏻❤️. She Is the only person because of whom I'm fluent in spoken English without even paying a single rupee for any course. For me Linguamarina is an Angle 🥰. My all time favourite teacher I love you so much thanks for everything 🥺❤️❤️❤️❤️

@@luisalbertousugaguzman9074 it was lockdown at that time so I used to watch her 8 to 10 videos and I don't mind to admit that I was addicted to her channel and that actually helped me so much. It was a blessing in disguise ❤️. But right after 2 months I had to join my job again because they asked for permission from IAS office so in lockdown as well our company was open. But still I managed watching her videos while being in the bus and yeah other than that I did nothing because I already was working for 12 hours. I just magically developed a habit of thinking in English and later on I started writing my personal diary. That's it. But only one thing I regret is that my vocabulary is not that superior which I crave for. And in order to improve vocab one has to work real hard and for that, only reading newspaper could help I believe. And it's a slow process but quitting won't speed it up. So if you want to improve your English then my advice is, Start working on your vocab from this very moment. These things will help you so much in near future because all the intellectual people have command on vocab and nearly all the examinations also require best knowledge of tough words so it's more than necessary. Hope that helps :)

How to learn with bts
🎯 Key Takeaways for quick navigation: 00:00 🏢 Prepositions can be confusing, but native speakers will generally understand you regardless of the choice. However, for tests, using the correct preposition is important to avoid losing points. 02:13 🧑🎓 Use "all of" with pronouns (us, they, them, etc.), and "all" with other cases to indicate completeness. 03:21 📚 A comprehensive grammar book can be helpful for learning and practicing English grammar rules, including prepositions. 04:28 ⌛ Use "in" for general measurements of time, and "on" or "at" for specific dates and times. 05:24 🚪 "Beside" means nearby, while "besides" means in addition to. 06:02 👥 "Among" is used for three or more objects or people, while "between" is used for two objects. 06:31 📖 "On" and "upon" are interchangeable, but "upon" is more formal and old-fashioned. 06:42 👬 Use "senior, junior, prefer, prior, superior, preferable" with "to," and other comparisons with "than." 07:22 ↔️ Use "in" for location and "into" for movement toward something. 08:02 🕰️ Use "for" to indicate a period and "since" to mark the start date of an action. 08:46 📝 "Agree with" is used for agreeing with a person, while "agree to" is for agreement with a plan or idea. 09:26 🛣️ Use "to" for destinations, time, recipients of actions, and reasons for actions. Use "for" for benefits, periods of time, schedule, reasons, and purposes. 11:00 🎒 Use "for" when something is intended for someone, and "to" when indicating a direction or destination. 12:10 🎓 Use "to" for learning or improvement reasons, and "for" for schedule, reason, and purpose. 14:40 🏢 Use "in" for enclosed spaces, "on" for surfaces and left/right, and "at" with specific addresses and small locations. 18:25 🚌 Use "on" for buses and transportation where you can't stand up, and "in" for cars and transportation where you can. 21:08 🗺️ Use "at" with specific locations, "on" with streets and surfaces, and "in" with larger locations like cities and countries. 24:20 💊 Use "in" when you are a patient receiving treatment at a hospital, and "at" when referring to the location of the hospital itself. 25:30 🚗 Use "in" for enclosed transportation, like cars and taxis, and "on" for transportation where you can't stand up, like buses and boats. 24:46 🎓 Key takeaway: Use "at" with institutions (hospital, school, museum) and events ("at the hospital," "at this Lady Gaga concert"). 25:40 📚 Key takeaway: Basic grammar concepts include parts of speech (nouns, pronouns, verbs), adjectives, adverbs, prepositions, conjunctions, and articles. 26:48 💬 Key takeaway: Understanding basic grammar concepts creates a strong foundation for language learning and communication. 31:01 💼 Key takeaway: A recommended grammar book with real-life examples and exercises is available for language improvement. 32:09 ⏰ Key takeaway: Present simple tense is used for regular actions, habits, schedules, and general truths. 33:31 ⚙️ Key takeaway: Word order in English sentences follows subject-verb-object pattern, and adverbs are placed before the verb. 35:38 📖 Key takeaway: English articles "a" and "the" have specific usage rules, including with uncountable nouns, plural countable nouns, proper nouns, and languages. 44:49 ⏲️ Key takeaway: Marker words can help identify the appropriate tense for certain situations, but context is crucial for accurate tense usage. 48:35 📄 Key takeaway: A downloadable memo with marker words, verb tables, and tenses is available for better language learning and practice. 50:11 🕑 Present Simple is used for timetables and schedules. 50:37 ⏰ Future Simple is used for actions we're not 100% sure about, with marker words like "tomorrow" or "in a week." 51:18 📅 Present Progressive (or Continuous) describes actions happening right now with marker words like "now" or "today." 52:16 🔄 Present Perfect focuses on the result of past actions that still affect the present, with marker words like "ever," "never," and "since." 55:03 ✅ To form Present Perfect, use "have" or "has" + the third form of the verb (regular: -ed, irregular: learn the forms). 58:11 ❌ In formal academic English, don't contract verbs in Present Perfect questions or negatives. 59:07 🔄 Pay attention to word order and pronunciation; it's essential for effective communication in any language. 01:00:43 🔄 Use Present Perfect for actions that started in the past and still have an effect on the present or experiences you've had. 01:01:12 🔄 Present Perfect is also used with ongoing time periods, indicating actions within a period that's still ongoing.
