Improve Trading Strategy Edge using Volume Patterns | Part 3 | Volume Data Mini-Series

When using volume data comparison to increase the edge of a trading strategy, a 'relative' assessment must be performed, not an absolute comparison. This is because assets exhibit a regular and repetitive volume pattern every day, irrespective of price action.
This video provides a step-by-step guide of how to perform the volume comparison using these principles and techniques.

Is there an indicator that averages volume based on the time of day? I'm not aware of any.

So if I got you right the relative volume is not needed when trading the dayli chart right? On Dayli Chart the Standart Volume should do it’s job.
