Pretty sure all the Reapers who survived their "impractical landings" were handed drug screens and breathalyzers by the C.O. upon dismounting their aircraft. LOL

If you have full control of the speed of the carriers .....put them at FLANK SPEED will help in your landings (that was how the KC 130 F was able to land on our real carrier, and to take off unassisted.
"Why do you have a full load? Thats so impractical!" Thats the whole point.
The guy who does the wings folded landings should try the carrier with the back door to the hanger!.....now that would be an efficient landing, in the hanger bay!
