Hi, please am experiencing a difficult issue with my ddj 400. It was working with my windows pc correctly not until i got a Mac book pro. When i plugged it in the Mac the lights will display but the mac wont recognise it. It has also stop working with my windows pc since then now when i plug it in my windows pc it will only do the same as the Mac. I downloaded the firmware tried installing it but it keeps telling me that my ddj 400 is not connected. Please is there any solution for my ddj 400 to work back correctly. Looking forward to your reply.

I did that already but it still not working the controller will jus light up but the computer is not recognizing it.Abd when am trying to install the firmware it will tells me that my device is not connected.Please help.

What do you see when you plug and unplug?... You can't install firmware if not detected try to check your USB cable OR port of your controller

@@djjoman I see nothing the lights will jus display but the pc is not detecting it don't know why..?? May it the OR port right. But if it the OR port of the controller I don't think the controller lights will display right.

ok..!! up to there..!! there is no connection between your controller and pc, try to change usb cable or may be port of your controller its broken there is no any data sending to pc, USB CABLE contain 4 wire 1=for power 2=for +data 3=for usb -data and 4=graound, so there means power wire working fine but data wire not working,

check if there is any error signs on driver, uninstall and install again

The problem I’m having with my ddj sb3 n is that, when I connect it to serato dj pro, I get a notification at the bottom right asking me to start serato dj pro trail or to just buy serato dj pro, but I’m confused why it’s saying that if I already own serato dj pro.Now I only used it once 2 years ago.So I was wondering if you may know what the problem is.

Even when I installed the driver, I still unable to connect my SB3 to Serato DJ Pro on my Mac. Any ideas? It used to work.

take that sb3 try to connect to another laptop to see if the problem is laptop or sb3, if you don't have another laptop; install serato dj lite make sure you close all sound software before connect your use sb3

I have problem with right side sounding way softer than the left no matter the volume increase

@@djjoman Sorry to bother you Joman, I did the update successfully but my pioneer sb3 is way out of sink I don't know what the problem is but when I try to beat match two songs that are same genre and tempo they become out of sink right off the bat and the sync button doesn't really help. The right side controls the left side and the website controls the right side of the pitch sliders it makes no sense I'm also using Serato DJ lite on a windows 10 laptop. If I can't get it to sync the beats, I may have to return it. Any advice would be greatly appreciated sir thank you so much

Try to check if tour sb3 detect in your laptop, here you need to check sb3 driver in your laptop watch this video kzread.info/dash/bejne/faCtl7OocayycqQ.html , then make sure that your pioneer zip file all file I shown on this video are available, if not redownload

Mines says it wasn't possible to update ☹️

That problem also facing me, when i separate big mixer and sb3 into two different tables noise disappear also make sure that when you use mic not stand in front of Sb3 table.
