Just applied the visa last week . Got it in three days. My wife got it in 6 days hahahah Just a note though , no flight or hotel details were asked , only the hotel address was asked . No need to upload any documents as evidence except the first page of your passport and a photo

Can you tell me one thing that the photograph which is mentioned to upload did u taken it by your own mobile or a passport size physical card photo u have taken the picture from your mobile and uploaded after that?

Passport back page is not required, only front page is required.

Yes, There is free visa on arrival if your port of entry and exit and from Phu quoc island and you are not going to the main land

If you land in an airport you can do a VOA, but they charge you a bit of a "Bribe". I've had a lot of friends pull it off ONLY at the airport in Saigon though. They are American though so not sure if that leverages anything - always better to eVisa it for sure though

No Surname Queries : I was very eager to share my insights with the community, so sharing latest update based on my experience. Successful applied 4 E-visas with 2 cases of no surname. My mother had just 1 word in the given name and my father had 2 words but both listed in the given name and no surname on the passports. For my mother while applying evisa, i left given name blank and had put her name in the ‘surname’ field. For my father ( given name Parveen Kumar on passport), i had put ‘Parveen’ as surname and ‘Kumar’ as given name. Both visas granted on 3rd working day. No problem in boarding, we have crossed the immigration at Mumbai airport and about to board our Hanoi flight soon. Airlines: Vietjet Airlines Key is to have everything consistent on ticket and passport as well and for visa, you can follow what I did. I followed this after a lot of research and glad it worked well. Good luck everyone. P.S : Please note till 14th feb, Vietnam may not process any visas due to Tet holidays.

Hi! We have the e-Visa approved and printed out. We will travel from Phnom Penh to HCMC by bus. Moc Bai is the land border. Is there any extra cost on the land border? Like stamping fees etc. Thank you.

@tanya hi, we have applied for Vietnam visa 2weeks (10 buisness days)ago the boarding date(9th Feb). My husband's visa was sent back as denial and asked us to correct the details(name). My husband's surname is of 1 word and Given Name is of 5 words(there is no middle name,It is first name).In total his full name consist of 6 words. I have updated the names as present in passport.What do I do for approval? Need urgent help. I can explain more if possible
