I have the big yellow one. My first hatch was 100% success with Quail eggs except for one egg that didnt hatch as it wasn't fertilised. I kept the styrofoam packaging around the incubator and on the lid. I think that really helped keep the temperature stable.

I have 2 of the 112 egg incubators, appears to be the same electronic. the 38C it comes set at is too HOT. Bought GOVEE bluetooth temp/humid .

Gud morning how to increase humidity in hhd ecubater

We have the bottom left incubator. We find best rate running it dry and use an external thermometer. Best hatch rate we can get, though, is close to 50%… I’ll never buy another Chinese incubator.

I bought one of these cheap incubators it has crazy hot spots like one egg will be 101 and the next egg will be 106

How can I adjust the temperature sensor offset value? My incubator appears to be reading 2 degrees too high. If I set it to 37.8 C I get 35.8 C. 🙁

all eggs in middle hatch but on edges 10 percent but i guess also one problem turning eggs shoud stop last 2 days or im wrong position to breeth and air sac inside egg when turning after 2 hrs isnt a problem?

I agree mine never got hot enough,

just bought a 048-gm-48355 arksen incubator. 40$ off market place. lots of messing around with it. but it seems to be working. have to set to 38.5C for egg area to reach 99.9F. and humidity around 55% when set to 52% and been on for few hours with 1.25 water bottles in. Will be hatching in a couple weeks. will update then,.

@@HarukiYamamoto oh yea this incubator has been an absolute monster. I get hatch rates 50-65%. I’m sure I could tweak it a little bit more too.

@@HarukiYamamoto definitely normal. Anything over 50% hatch rate is usually considered a good hatch. Can be a lot of variables that add or minus hatch rates. Some people may overpack their breeders so there are more males to ensure better fertile at the cost of the hens well-being. I have gotten random batches around 72% hatch rate. But like I said I’m sure I could also tweak a couple more aspects in my incubator. But I don’t know that it would drastically change the hatch rate. Making sure your humidity remains constant and temps remain as constant as possible are your best bets.

The only problem I have is that the turn table is turning every minute and the instructions are no help if there is a way to adjust it so it only turns every hr or two

You have to reduce the quantity of water and you'll drop the humidity rate. Sory for my english

How do I reduce the humidty? It's at 76 currently and I need 55

Open ventilation if that doesn't lower it enough then you may have to remove excess water until you achieve the humidity level you need easiest method would be a syringe or a turkey baster but if you're in lockdown you want to avoid opening the incubator
