Can we listen music after connecting?

If you had a rental and all the pairing slots are taken, say "Bluetooth, list" and it'll tell you who's devices are on there. Then you say "Bluetooth, delete" then say the tag name

I am having a similar issue! My 2011 impala was bought pre owned. It was a rental car and so it does not have onstar. When pressing the bluetooth talk button, while in the ON position, there is no voice prompt. The sterio will mute but nothing more. Is this because onstar was never installed? Please reply!! I hope you can help save a long drive back to the dealership! Thank you!

When I do this it just says something like "make a call using onsstar". Whats up with this? I have the LT which Bluetooth is supposed to be standard with

@@jahmilliosparks9112 🤣 ten years later no. Just doesn't have it apparently. I'm going to get a Bluetooth module that pretty just plugs and plays just like stock finally after dealing with cheap aux ones that break after a few months. It's only like $100, when I find the link for it I'll post it here

I bought a 2011 impala try whats on the video but not work cause can't find who's phone is on the system. I say blutooth and no response other then onstarr can't connect cause i have no minutes. help please.

I called OnStar they said I need to go certified GM dealer cause there's something wrong with the system

I have a 2011 LT, was also a rental. Does not do anything when I press and hold the voice command button. I'm guessing the LT doesn't mean it is equipped. I do not have onstar or Sat radio.

Once I connected it would let me make phone calls but not Play music so what am I doing wrong

i have a 2009 SS and for some reason my iphone has a hard time pairing with the vehicle. it will pair just fine but when i turn the car off and lets say get in it the next day, my iphone wont connect to the vehicle and i have to start the pairing process all over again. is there a way to not have to keep doing this over and over?

I have a 2012 and can't pair my Bluetooth. It won't even say ready it just mutes after 3 seconds is there anyway to have that fixed?

I kno u posted this years ago.... But did u ever find out how to pair ur 08 impala to ur phone, I just got one and I'm tryna find out how to pair it as well..

I have a 2011 impala and everytime I press the Bluetooth on my car doesn’t make any noise or command they only say mute on the stereo scream !! So how can I make my car to say something went I press the Bluetooth ? Please help me thank you

This does not work. I say BLUETOOTH then it responds "Please call using onstar calling"

Alucard You have to get an auxiliary cord to play your music from your phone!! Just figured that out cause I'm fixing to get an impala! There's a little circle hole were the cord goes in, right under the cd/aux square button on the right side
