The energy shifts and taking care of yourself was so helpful. I suddenly started channeling last week and was on HIGH! I had never felt so much energy and it was a huge high. But the following days I am feeling so drained. This makes so much sense and the need to stay healthy and balanced in this. I'm glad I found this video. I needed it today. :)

I'm also about to release an online short course on how to channel. There's quite a few people who hold courses and workshops out there, but if you feel the pull then I'd just say go for it! You don't need a workshop or course to do it, you just need to trust you ❤

Wow! I grew up in the 60's-70's. I was reading Seth and Edgar Cayce at 12 years old! Somehow I never ran across Sheila. She is phenomenal. Thank you so much for one of the best interviews I've seen lately. And your thoughtful questions as well. Peace and blessings... 💜

Today It seems we are right in the middle of this unbelievable times of Negativity. I remember a video, perhaps Bashar stating we are the elastic effect being pulled deeper and deeper into darkness then we will be flung so fast into the light. Anyone else hear about this?

Yes! I remember both and felt energy pulsing at those moments. For some reason her channeling didn't do as much for me as her natural state.

I. ( my Being) became orgasmic-like through a.flood of appreciation and every wave of appreciation took me to higher levels of Bliss. like twinklers going on throughout every cell in and around my body. I could access that Bliss state of being, rather easily really for the next 18-24 months. (This is what i now call my spiritual “breakening”. 🙏🏼❤️🥰) is I had a guidance for the next 18 months moving me through how I Felt in different vibrations. How my perception Felt in a low vibration and then how I Felt experiencing the same experience but in a different perception from a higher vibration. It would have me sit and FEEL while in the same experience , but from a different vibration. It was then that I learned that Time doesn’t run how I had always believed. .. I felt so Held and Knowing and Clear and even though being in the higher vibration was a bit more “work”, it FELT much better than the lower vibration. ( which also felt good at that moment.. I had to learn to Feel my way through the particular experience I guess I’m saying this here because I can, it feels like a safe space and if anybody will understand, it’s here. 🥰❤️🙏🏼💫 Thank you for your teachings and guidance ..

This was great. The Seth books came out in 1970 and so many other fabulous channelers even before that, oh my gosh you must check out the channeling books from the spiritualist movement in the early 1900s, so there has always been this information out there it just depended on where you were looking and if you were really interested.
