Lyme disease test came back negative, however, 23kd (igm) came back reactive.... Do I have it? I have ALL THE SYMPTOMS minus the rash.

Hello doctor, may I ask : what if only your IGM is high and the IGG is normal, but are on prolonged corticosteroids to treat a chronic illness (long covid) + taking other medication, and you haven’t caught any new infectious disease, but you’re chronically ill? Only my IGM is very high. I don’t know how to interpret this?

Same but for me it's only my IGG that is high I'm terrified I haven't been able to find a answer

I'm so confused and my general practioner has no idea... I was recently tested for Measles/Mumps/Rubella Immunity and all of my IgG levels are very high. Rubella Antibodies igG 26.60, Measles Antibodies igG >300, igG >300 Mumps Abs. Also, my Epstein Barr igG is 475. Is there any way you can send me in the right direction? When I Google why are my igG levels high things like Multiple Myeloma come up which my dad had.

What happens if the IgM stays the same or goes up, doesn't come down, but the IgG does? Is this still an active infection?

It’s been 1.5 years since I had sex (on a vacation) About a month after it I started noticing small bumps on my penis shaft which never went away and itchyness in my penis pretty often. And this has never stopped. I just went in to get tested for all stds and they all came back negative. I am so confused of what I might have, I was 100% sure I had herpes but was too embarrassed to get tested til now

in my opinion you may had ascabietic nodule which is very itching red nodule usually on the shaft or glans penis so if iam right the treatment is potent steroid
