Celine is unbelievable but don't forget the Gibb brothers were in my opinion the best songwriters ever. They really had a way with words and none of them ever learned to read music. Look up Barry and his duets with Barbra Streisand. You won't be disappointed!

Dani, when I listen to Celine, I feel a surge of pride being Canadian. She is unequivocally one of the finest vocalists on Earth. To simply say she represents us well, would be a gross understatement. Her talent combined with the Bees Gees is unprecedented. This is an absolutely beautiful song.......Nice reaction Dani.......💖

Celine also sang this to Barry a few years ago at a gala of some sort as a tribute to The Bee Gees 😌

Celine is one of the best vocalists in the world.

That's the song, Barry sang on his 2013/2014 Mythology tour, talking about his brothers, which were all gone. Heartbraking performance he did there.

Barry is a remarkable song writer, but this was written by all three and the composing part by Maurice 😁

You should find the video of her singing at the grammy awards honoring the Bee Gees. On the video they were showing pictures of Mo, Robin and her husband who had all passed. It was so beautiful

She knew how to deliver the song in a Bee Gees' style with sensibility and similar vocal frequency. She is a great artist.

her tone just DOES something to me, that nobody else does. And you don't realize that nobody else does until you hear her again.

I ask so many reactors to react to this song and this video. It is so beautiful in singing and to see Barry and Maurice grabbed a tissue. Barry said it's a song about their legacy in music after they are gone. Celine is perfect . It was right before the Titanic release of My Heart Will Go On.

Dani, Sorry I haven't commented since i requested you react to the music video of the making of "Immortality" with Celine and the Bee Gees. The live version is also great but this Is my favorite MV of all time and #1 on my Top 10. I was curious to watch only you and couldn't take my eyes off of your eyes to feel your reaction. It was just as I had expected and hoped for. You get to absorb all the feelings of these great artists having the most fun behind the scenes making this special song written for Celine and especially Barry's very emotional reaction of her recording it in the studio. When I'm feeling down or the loss of a loved one, playing this MV lifts me right back up, as I'm sure it will do for you. This is truly an "immortal" music video! Thank you for your reaction. Hi Dani. It just hit me as I watched your reaction that half of those four individuals, Robin and Maurice Gibb, have passed away since this video was made and it reminded me of mother who just passed away this past summer of 2021.

Time for you to go down the Bee Gee rabbit hole.....so many songs to react to. Their song catalog is well over 1000 songs.....maybe more.....the Bee Gees are AMAZING and the best SINGERS, SONGWRITERS, PRODUCERS.....they do it all.

My three favorite ( women vocalists) ever Dani , Celine and Barbara!!!

I don't recall what the show was but she sang the song to Barry (him and his wife and I think his son Ashley) was in the audience at the time. Very moving as well. This was after he had lost both the twins ( Robin and Mo). it is out on KZread somewhere as well as her singing on stage with them in Las Vegas. I think that was their one night only.

I just came upon this. I am so incredibly sorry that Celine is so ill. I hope she can get betterthough it doesn't look likely.

Dani, yes. I knew you looked like a celebrity. Celine Dion, but prettier. My favorite song by her is That's the Way it Is. It's an up tempo feel good song, and the instruments POP. I love how they mixed that song.

Have you ever heard or reacted to "What Kind of Fool" (1980) a duet by Barbara Streisand & Barry Gibb? I can't listen to it without crying. My dear girlfriend died 5 years ago this past July 15th (2016), and there are certain songs that bring back all of the pain and heartache I experienced when I lost her. That is the overwhelming power of music. "Love will lead you back" by Taylor Dayne is the worst one for me, because I dedicated it to Julie after she died. I rarely listen to it. It's too hard for me.

i think this song would have worked better as a solo. for some reason, the combo doesn't work for me. i have heard combos involving the bee gees (samantha sang// a duet between barry and streisand) that work...and duets involving Dion Bryson and andrea bocelli). but this combo just sounds...off. again, maybe it's the song.
