They wont because according to them kayle is good because she has a positive winrate meaning she is good, this is the only thing they do look at winrates and buff or nerf champs (maybe even smoke some weed or takr some shots of tequila) and also kayle is waaay too unpopular to buff her so more people play her and buy skins they only do this with lux, ezreal and some other champs thats why they almost never EVER nerf these champs

kayle is champion late game, if they buff strong in the early that's not balance,,

@@benimaru0kayle is weak in early againts any champ and in late where she supose to be the stronger champ there comes the vladimir, sett, veigar, that just make a damage that do not have any sense and they are stranger than her even in early so yes she need the ult buff
