Great video Bruno and well explained as always. Engine management doesn't grab everyone's attention, but is one of the biggest problems with our cars. I'm trying to fix a throttle position/limp mode problem on my daughter's Mito. Have checked and cleaned the pedal potentiometer but still sends up errors and goes to limp mode when the pedal is pushed more than about part way. Will try the throttle body motor and sensor this weekend. Wish me luck!

Hello. For months now I want to make a video for diagnosing that, just waiting for time and a real case too. But I can do a quick tip or short for that. And I just had a mito here that I could do that. But for the pedal diagnosis any modern car will do.

ECU kaputt. Short circuit during alternator replacement? For my 156, I use multi ECU scan software to read out values and error codes. Saved me from an 800 EUR airbag control unit replacement by the dealer. I used a 40 EUR module from a breaker yard on ebay and used the software to reset the replacement module [of course, i unplugged the battery during the replacement] thanks for all the tips Bruno.

Hello. Possibly yes, a mistake during the repair of the alternator. This Autel does it all, having original autel software it incorporates all the original systems including the multi eco scan. Very good machine this. Thanks for watching

What is an intake valve? Do you mean throttle body? But, a great explanation towards the end. I didn't know about the cam and water temp and T9 relay. Will check mine out to see if the ECU is indeed kapoot.

Hello. I think it is on the the crankshaft pulley like on the V6 turbo. Very easy access.

Problem inside the ecu. The power fosfad comes loose due to heat and vibration. Done many on the 156 gta. The ecu can be fixet.

What do you mean by "fosfad"? It is a typo, I think. You mean the MOSFET?
