Chasing Shadows was a perfect song, but alleviate was just absolutely emotionally devastating. Eddie conveys so much emotion lyrically and vocally, and for some reason that one hits so hard. The video is also a masterpiece

Drunk galacticriminal is my favorite type. We all felt the beauty of this song..they are truly top tier.

I completely understand being moved so much by this. I had full body chills and I was seconds away from crying. I actually caught the 2nd half of the live premiere and went back to watch the whole thing, so that's when I realized Imminence blew our minds with 2 songs and 2 videos 😭

I think the last, and maybe the only other time he cried like this from a song was "Constance" from Spirit Box. Both this one, which you could argue is 2 songs in one video, but I digress, and Constance are extremely beautiful, and incredibly emotionally engaging songs, and I'm SO PUMPED for this album!

Imminence is one of those bands that can just pull at my heart strings and this was extremely beautiful and the song itself just made me weep for a good 3 hours and just seeing your reaction GC I am crying again this was by far a really wholesome reaction 🤘

I am suffering from fibromyalgia which is constant pain throughout my body. Chasing Shadows is amazing, but the emotion and pain in Alleviate speak to me personally. There isn't a metal head out there that hasn't been through pain, and Eddie and Imminence bring it to us with so much rawness it is impossible not to cry. But it’s what it takes for a man to give, not only ourselves, but every one else a window into how wide men’s emotions truly are. And how much we not only expect ourselves to suppress it, but how much most of us suppress it for everyone else. It’s a grand sacrifice on our behalf, and a rare glimpse into how we all feel and how vulnerable, and Okay that is.

I love this song so much. This band is just on a whole different level. The way they innovate and grip you with emotion is second to none in my opinion. You're amazing galactic criminal. Such a wholesome and amazing person. Hopefully one day I can meet you and talk about all music genres.

it's not the beer, but feel that with the songs by imminence too. It tears you to pieces and puts you back together again. It goes so deep, it gets everything out, something that no other band has ever done with this intensity. They're so fantastic and that's not enough. Simply without words, afterwards you feel like a phoenix rising from the ashes.

This band continues to surprise me, they quickly climbed to my top 3 metalcore bands. This song in particular was refreshing, personally most "slow" metalcore songs are a miss for me but this was absolute head banger all the way through.

me, mytself as a person trying to stay "hard" felt this the first time i heard the. like you said, track of the year. so much emotion and passion. it draws you in right with them. feel everying going on in the song. it is incredible what one single song can bring out of you, how much it can make you appriciate superbly written lyrics with musical accents.

This band just knows how to put together melodies and words that together penetrate the heart and soul.

I know i'm a year late, but damn this video broke me. The first time i heard alleviate was when i was in the hospital fighting for my life due to multiple organ failure from being beaten by a group of guys, and i heard the song right after the surgeon had come to see me to tell me there was a significant risk of me not making it through the surgery i was about to have, and i remember clearly opening youtube thinking if i'm going out i'm gonna listen to my favorite music before i do, and i found and the first video that popped up in my recommended was a lyric video for alleviate and i listened and just broke. Granted i had a ton of pain meds in me so that might have loosened the tears a bit but seeing this video made me feel what i felt in that moment as if it were fresh. Bittersweet moment.

Just stumbled on this band a few weeks ago and I feel you bro. These guys are beauties making incredible music.

You don’t know what to say because you’re struggling between how much that message resonated with you, and what you’ve been taught your entire life; Mask emotions. As a former military guy whose held some of the most dangerous jobs, whose been through multiple martial arts to secure my alpha nature, I resonate with this particular reaction out of ALL the channels. When we have these rare moments to allow ourselves to feel, without distraction and influence, perhaps once in a rare while, it’s nice to be allowed to feel.
