​@@zue1975it's to reduce congestion. Even with autogate doesn't mean auto entry. Singapore Changi airport auto gate is now open to All foreigners. Changi airport is way more advanced using technology to reduce manpower

Immigration also should open autogates to Permanent Residents of Malaysia as currently PR holders have to use the immigration counter.

"Less special to be a citizen". This is an international airport (and a good one at that). It is likely that more foreigners arrive at your international airport than nationals; however, if 'to be special' is that important, introduce "special citizen" lanes, even using Malaysian ID cards.

They do. Malaysia charges tourist taxes. Also, in many places there are different prices for foreigners and locals. Malaysia treats foreigners as third class citizens (it already treats about 40% of its own citizens as second class citizens), but still they want to come for some reason. You better hope they keep coming, they are an important part of Malaysia's economy.
