@@wild18 yeah, although i think it’s also because most people who have heard of Quadeca haven’t heard any of his music since Voice Memos and aren’t a fan of the fact that he has transitioned very far from what he used to do in that album. I think Quad’s fans have had the luxury of watching Quad slowly grow into what he is now and are appreciative of it. But we also just enjoy this music as well. The people who say his stuff his ass only like “rap” and also don’t wanna see Quad develop this new style, which is just annoying tbh considering this is all Quad ever wanted to do in his music career.

And Ik there are meaningful songs in hip hop, it’s my most listened to genre, have heard so much of it from so many sub genres too. I personally enjoy it a lot and think his vocals and melodies are fantastic but I pray more people discover him and listen to his music because he definitely has a lot of potential.
