what's kind of missing is a floor screen that let you see what moving space you got inside, including the exact width and depth of the seating and everything else, instead of only a mural view. too bad the lush carpetting would be gone though, unless it could be moved out of the way/deployed back with a remote... 🤔

I’m a land broker with an extremely proprietary mapping system and I take a lot of pride in my mapping presentations but wow this guy’s presentation system is absolutely amazing. So much data available at once I love it. I always strive to impress my clients with my mapping and I usually do, but this guy’s sales system is a different level of badass. Super cool man! When I buy I jet, I’m going to LONDON!
Friendly and tiny suggestion - consider right-aligning (/left-padding) the cost values at 20:43. By aligning all the numbers to the left to the left, it gives more visual weight to values like $700 than they should have when compared to $250k. This makes it overall slightly more difficult to understand at a glance. Very neat tool you've made! The scale renders of the plane interiors is so effective! $ 4,100 $ 254,955 $ 71,965 $ 122,802 $ 700 $ 6,904

This is total clickbait. I mean why say 30 million? Why not 60, 70 or 100 million? He didn't buy anything and won't buy anything. If he does, he'll buy some Citation Latitude, Phenom '300E' or Gulfstream 280. Something small but with enough range to fly London to Dubai with seating for 6, not 8. Then he talks about chartering the jet out. That's a sure sign you can't afford it or that you don't really need a jet. This was an informative video though and an actual long form video which is way better than the shorts that never give you a conclusion to whatever story he is telling you.

So the title should be, “Iman Gadzhi Window Shops for a Private Jet.” 😂😂
Hey Steve love the channel. I get stuck on your shorts almost everyday. For your board/finances screen, I'd suggest adding a buffer for contract pilots. Even at 300+ hours of flight time, maybe considering adding a 3rd pilot's salary/benefits into the equation as well.
I learned something from you Steve, the way you presenting such a complicated measures to someone who has no interest with technical stuff is impressive. You can draw their attention every minute. That’s not easy, but you did it effortlessly.
I love this man and how he communicates with his customers. Thats a great business man.
Love to see you break down the ownership cost of buying 20 year old vs newer. Like a 2000 900EX vs 2020 7x or similar
"Doesn't buy".
Half way through this guy has me thinking about if i should charter my pj or not. He is like a sales magician

Thank you Steve for sharing this entrepreneurial gentleman in your office. I hope he continues to ask you about more details in owning a business corporate jet. Well, first off he said that initially he would be doing bank finance. Yes, Steve you know what banks will do financing and you could advise him with those banks. And his laywers, CPAs and CFPs can help him with the initially purchase. I hope he sees that not only is it about buying an aircraft but it is also about maintaining that aircraft as well. So, the percentage of the initial down payment, all the service fees and your commission fee, any delivery fees to him at his location. But the different maintenance fees for the cost of the aircraft itself plus hanger fees. Then he has to hire the first two Pilots and a Corporate Flight Attendant plus employee benefits and covering layover hotels all the time. Then two more pilots and another corporate F/A to cover the first three crew members when they are on vacation at some point. A nice catering companies for food and drinks as well. Maybe for now Steve he may just do Fractional Ownership with one of the big companies and that way he can become accustomed to having a jet at the feel of a phone call to one of those big companies Netjets, Flexjet or one of the others. Finally, Steve I think he respects your advice from seeing your presentation here.
This video was AMAZING! I love the long-form content so much!!
Extremely interesting videos (all of them), I probably have seen ten or so up to now. The way the whole business is thought and organized is simple, logic and extremely efficient at the same time. Very very inspiring for any business I should say. Thank you for sharing your experience.

Absolutely correct on buying a fractional if flying 100 or less.

Imagine being the captain and copilot, and only working at Max 350 hours a year and making 250 grand not a bad gig!!! Loved this vid
Its not what you know, its who you know.
I'm considering buying a jet in the future and this is very nice content, quite clarifying, he showed exactly the jet I like, the G550, excellent plane and not that expensive for what you get. It's very expensive to own a jet but if you are reaching your first billion you definitely should consider a private jet for yourself depending on how well you are doing, it's a big change in your lifestyle for the better.

Don't get confused by this guy: he is a high price hight comission guy; Visit some airshows and exhibition and you could get a plane well fit for you 50.000 $ (the engine needs to be replaced in some time) ...; A 4 seater will be well fit for you case and with 100.000$ you could get a decent plane. Some students fly recrational ... for one person you could go with one pilot and ultralight ... for a family with 4 seats .... nothing prevents you from flying multiple round trips to get you stuff to your destinations. He is a salesman (what is the highest you could afford and not what you should pay or you neeed). With smaller planes you could easily land for a bathroom stop for 20$ ... and you don't need to clean the shit. If you like to go long distance dual engines are good but not a must.
Great Presentation Steve! Your content is amazing!
Great story Hopefully Hollywood call him.. from struggle to Greatness.
Iman's net worth is 20-25 million at best, he can barely afford a used entry level jet. What a joke of a video on his part.
@stefanengler772
19 күн бұрын
there are some jet's which he could buy: Cessna Citation IISP C 551 1.15 Mio., Cessna Citation V Ultra 1.8 Mio., Boeing 727-30C from KAVATSI AIRLINE LOGISTICS 700k, Cessna C501 SP 600k, Cessna Citation 500 for 400k The best way is to get first a pilot and than get a jet. You buy a toy for the pilot which fly you if you need to be somewhere. You could get a Embraer EMB-121 for 107.144 (last flown 2007 there is a bit of retofitting to be done ... new engines ... new avionics ...).
You’re the best salesman ever. How deep you go into everything is insane. And on top of that being able to show real life size demensions. I don’t know y anyone would buy a plane anywhere else.
Steve if you see this I have a quick question I spotted you had something very minimal around your ear are those hearing aids?
Man l love being a plane nerd!!
Amazing story
The next move is to buy an old airfield and build your showroom there so your clients can land at your place out the jet and straight into the showroom.
There are so many lessons here on how winners win. "I just decided to throw all the eggs in one basket.." So many people say not to do that, but many successful people went for broke on an excellent idea and persisted through the success barrier. "I just like having long-term relationships." "When you come into the showroom, you're going to remember, forever, coming into the showroom." "Everybody said I was nuts to do it, but..." So many gems here, and thank you for sharing!
Nowhere in this video did he buy a jet.
