I just meditated and did yoga after reading the first half of the Bhagavad Gita. Then I came to this track. I feel so perfect. It's such a relief. This track leads me onward, toward the ultimate goal.

@@johnrosschisholm5740 idk. my life has become dedicated to awakening i think i live like a yogi now i guess or more like a shaman as i dont follow Hinduism or anything. i meditate 3 hours a day and fast do breathwork and other things i spend about 6-7 hours a day for the past 4 years doing spiritual practices that i find work
