No matter how often I hear her voice I am deeply moved, sometimes to tears. She stands there and sings. No distracting dancers in the back ground. No distracting gestures. She just sings. I will have her sing at my funeral. I'll hear her from the other side.

yeah.... just guitar and voice. so rare in these days.

One of the good things about listening to songs in a language I don't know is to concentrate on all the things done so well, conveying mood, the expression and clear voice, velvety and never forced, which are always lovely. Aleksandra never disappoints- she deserves far more of an audience though.

Guitar player should not move so much. Takes attention off of the singer. Why must he to be so active? Why?
