The point you made about primer having a rough texture & would cause orange peel, etc on the paint job if it' not sanded down, is exactly what Spoon said in Jimmy's last video while they prepped the S13. 320 grit, guide coat. You nailed it. Looking good bro! PS. Hit up Vin Tra, he has a 360 (as Im sure you know).

So stoked you're going through with the home shop, i love watching garage builds come together, arguably more then cars. And i know you will do an awesome job documenting it and outfitting it and i am so stoked to see it. Its also really cool that its not huge and its in a pretty normal size back yard makes me feel like its do able for pretty much anyone to achieve 👍👍

Spray foam and a mr cool mini split will make that space amazingly! Definitely worth discussing shop stuff with Taylor Ray since he was very hands on with his and he is localish to you!

you're meant to block sand guide coat to show the low spots, using a da is playing with fire, either way cool that you're doing the work, that's a good way to learn.

Awesome garage series starter video

I just bought a mkiv Supra not completely unlike yours. Yours seems a bit cleaner but mine is NA and 5 speed. Can’t wait to watch that build and see what inspiration I take!

I really hope you do a full price breakdown. Material costs will be different per region though.

interesting to watch you do this, ive almost completed a 20x20 workshop here in the uk. built it very much how it would build over there (timber frame) and it was so quick compared to how we would normally do things (brick walls) 😂😂

Hey Mike, ive been seriously considering doing something like this as well, just like with Adams videos it would be awesome if you showed us the details and cost of the project each step of the way, that type of stuff is just cool to learn about an also would definitely be helpful for other out there that might be wanting to build something similar for themselves!

Nice size building .. I just got my garage concrete done .. it’s 40x46 pad in my 40x80 building.. I couldn’t afford to do the whole thing .. lifts are coming later this year 😊

@@diiviinemediaid look into seeing if you could add a skirt to the side street, put a gate in the fence, and come in that way instead of driving across literally the whole yard front side and back.

Who needs a backyard when you can have a dude shed for the sick rides

Please stick a k series in the del Sol it deserves a good engine to go with the work your putting into the body

Personally would have sanded with 600. Risky business going any lower than that on the entire vehicle especially if you’re going straight to paint after. I only go that low if I’m trying to knock something down in a small area and it’s a thick coat.

Just a heads up, The "Dtown" can be reallllllllll picky about how the garage/sheds look. Though you are already permitted for the slab so I assume you know already.

Quick question... Why dont you just extend the current garage or build this one closer to the road access so you dont have to drive over the grass everytime
