Maybe it was a way for you to give more and more charity, your jaan ka sadka, maybe a bahana for you to take care of your health and make it a priority! Bohat kuch hosakta hai. Your optimism is your firm faith on Allah and I believe when Allah loves you, he tests you with your health, children, money pr whatever.

when I had my first c section my incision got infected and I got this same bacterial infection 😭 was eating 1 gram wali augmentin! my wound was open and pussing and painful for months but eventually what helped was solcoseryl gel! once the infection was gone.. you also mentioned wound dressing of some sorts so maybe this information will help
