The billboards are gone at the Calle Real area, but the steel frames remain THESE STEEL FRAMES WOULD NEED TO BE COMPLETELY DISMANTLED TO ASSURE THE FULL IMPLEMENTATION OF THE ORDINANCE.

Congratulation for this video. This really, recognizable how historic building showcases its magnificent architecture design, showing how wealthy is the city until now. Also. Avoid accident, and falling object.. I really appreciate. Well done..... Great job....

The same measure should be done by all Cities and Provinces of the Philippine islands..... being situated on a typhoon belt in the pacific, these billboards can only add up to the danger on top of the eyesore it brings when left neglected by the irresponsible promoters. Kudos Iloilo

Metro Manila should pass this kind of ordinance. Keep the city looking clean and avoid/reduce vehicular accidents. due to driver's inattentiveness.

It can be done. Iloilo did it why not in other places. Political will is one for the leaders with strong encouragement and support from the people.

Modern cities(USA)dig and put all their wires and cable underground. The reason why you need to call a company to mark those wires and cables before digging in your backyard. It's free service by the city.

You are choking potential revenues for property owners. Apple would send big money to Ilo Ilo to have their products advertised. Has a shrinking affect on the Economy.

Yah, wonderful, to bad they don't do something about trash, garbage all over the streets, burning trash, dogs all over, but guess there's no money involved in that. your want an attractive city? clean it up! I noticed something strange when I visited Palawan, there was no trash or garbage laying around, I mean not even a candy wrapper so I asked a guide why is your city so clean and she said citizen get a reward if the turn someone in for littering and its 500 peso fine, so maybe that's what Iloilo City needs to do!

Iloilo is the cleanest city I have seen in the PIs. The city has very few stray dogs, but right outside the city the province is overrun with them (the dogs are worse in Boracay). There is also no trash burning allowed in the city, but after seeing the city dump... I would rather see trash fires ha ha 😎

Maniwala ako🙄. Alam mo naman sa atin pg mi makita kang ganyan you feel at home. The sound of the chicken, the dogs in the streets, burning trash that's home sweet home. You don't need to pay a garbage collector.
