I recently took the test and passed the national but failed the state. Any advice more my second time around on studying?

Hi Hunter, congratulations on passing the national portion. It's actually harder so most people focus there and then miss the state portion. You'll get it the next time! I answered this same question yesterday (scroll down or up) so you are definitely not alone. This is that I said - What I'll recommend you do is know the licensing laws. Know the grounds for discipline, understand agency in Illinois. If you remember questions from the exam, go review those sections too. Also, review scenario-type questions. Keep your head up, you got this! 👊🏾

I just failed the real estate exam.😭😭😓 I cannot begin to articulate the level of embarrassment and heartache I'm feeling. 😥 I'm confident that I will be a good realtor. I just need to get past this, move on and persevere .

I failed 3 times, i lost money to reviews that never helped but the major thing is that I've not lost hope

@Tony Luis I'm sorry about your plight my friend but i was once in your shoes before i was recommended to Mrs Catherina Alison and that's how i passed My real estate exam ❤️✅

@Matt peter Real Estate exams won't bother you or be a problem if you work with someone like Mrs Catherina... She's God sent, she saved me from taking the test for the 3rd time

I passed my national portion no problem but not my state one, even though I felt as if the state part was way easier. Anything I overlooked or can study that is more antiquated with the state portion? I watched all your videos so that for sure helped but anything else you recommend?

hi Anthony, congratulations on passing the national portion. State is simple but tricky because you need to know the laws to know what we can or cannot do. You're super close and I'm sure you'll pass the state the next time you take it. What I'll recommend you do is know the licensing laws. Know the grounds for discipline, understand agency in Illinois.
