After years of really enjoying your music, I find myself is such a place I now see the lyrics in your songs to be repulsive and disempowering. These lyrics are dripping in narcissism and low self worth. Pain hurts, people leave and saying "I gave you the world but you let it go", "Tell me I'm weighing on your mind", "Don't tear me down again"... Please feed my low self worth ego! Validate me cause I'm unable to validate myself! Who ever this song is written about who left, is better off they left. Anyone one reading this who relates to this song, I wish you all the healing and it won't come from disempowering lyrics like this. These lyrics are toxic to growth and empowerment. It's disappointing they're over such great music.

almost all of the recent releases by Illenium feature Vocal Chops which to me feels like such a huge throwback to where he started and it also matches the story about Nick's upcoming Self-titled album 'ILLENIUM'. Super excited to hear those nostalgic elements mashed up with the modern illenium sounds and ideas.

You know the track is so good when you chose to just close your eyes and feel it from within… Idk how to explain but it gives me that feeling that I could let it all out without pretending I’m okay… It makes you feel vulnerable yet makes you feel alive. It’s like a therapy… Illenium’s music is a therapy for my mental health

I love the way Illenium communicates through the songs, it actually touches people's hearts and heals. Only people who went through suffering can understand that the 'little' part hits so differently. I once wished someone to love me a little, I didn't want the full attention but all I ever wanted was that little love. Now sometimes the little love I didn't get became so big and heavy in my heart but his song gave me hope and it just turned it back into the small. So, I will keep going and won't give up but I will not beg for someone to love me now I can truly love myself before I love someone more than I love myself. :)....! (Sorry for the broken English.)
