As long as you don't own property there: my neighbour sold his flat in 2021 at a loss of £20,000 when prices were very high. No-one wants to buy in those slum areas, not even first time buyers who could get themselves some cheap property.

I don't understand why so many people say 'beautiful'. I live off Green Street: it's one giant slum. It's crime ridden and make sure you don't own property there: my neighbour sold his flat in 2021 at a loss of £20,000 when prices were very high. No-one wants to buy in those slum areas, not even first time buyers who could get themselves some cheap property.

They say it's 'beautiful' because they want to migrate there lol. I was born and raised in London, and no longer live there. Those in London see it for what it truly is. The only people who overly praise London are those who think it's the land of milk and honey and wish they could move there.
