She went from Ballad to Rock and Blues... how versatile Siyeon is. Congratulation Singie, you did a wonderful job here.

I feel like Siyeon knows she is one of the most versatile vocalists out there, and every time she is on a show where she can showcase her skill, she intentionally chooses a range of songs (a rock song, a ballad, and something unique with lots of pitch changes likes this). She did the same with King of the Masked Singer. She is a very smart lady on top of her incredible talent, AND visuals. DAMN SIYEON.

Idk what Siyoen's personal intentions in this show. But from what I see, she actually didn't aim for winning (i mean, yes of course she does want but it's just a bonus ig). Seems like she just want to show everyone how good main vocal dreamcatcher's is. How unique and versatile her vocal in every genre. And that was a really rare talent. I mean there are a lot of powerful vocalist who can do high note but it's not just about high note. It's far more than that. The emotions, the aura, the power itself. Siyeon is indeed a gem in K-pop. And she does very well here and I think everyone now know what she really capable of. I'm so happy she joined this show. Thank you and we love you, our pride wolf dorky singnie♡

The point of the comment is that the high note is not the key part in this song, it's just part of a whole. Not like a lot of other songs where you can only highlight the high note.

Her vocal style is just so unique and not seen in kpop.

That shot of her silhouette in front of the blue moon got me goosebumps. Siyeon did so great in this show, it's a shame that another power vocal in Dreamcatcher didn't get in, Yoohyeon can do just as great as Siyeon, but u get what u get, i guess. I hope there will be another opportunity for Yoohyeon to show off her skills and winning hearts like Siyeon.

Blues is a genre that not every singer could sing cause it just like korean’s trot , full of up and down notes with smooth transition, and the singer must inclued the bluesy feel into it. And Singnie did it well!!

시연언니 나 언니 진심으로 좋아해서 말하는거야 메보답게 노래도 잘하고 메인댄서 급 춤에다가 랩도 잘하고 차갑고 매력 있는 비주얼, 연한 화장 때는 귀엽고 청순한 비주얼.... 정말 여러가지로 흔하지 않아서 좋아ㅜㅜㅜ 그리고 항상 수아언니랑 같이 유잼 하드캐리하고 인성도 착하고... 그리고 반전매력도 많아서 너무 좋아... 하지만 흔하지 않은 목소리, 비주얼 이런걸 제외하면 언니가 노력한게 많겠지? 지금 실력을 보면 정말 많은 노력을 했을 것 같아ㅜㅜ 그런 노력들로 밍스로 데뷔했는데 좋은 성적을 내지 못하고 해체하고... 슬럼프 오고 매일 누워서 울었다는거 듣고 너무 마음 아팠어ㅠㅠ 그래서 언니가 지금 포기하지 않고 드림캐쳐로 데뷔해줘서 너무 고마워♡ 이런 언니에게 학교폭력 가해 루머는 정말 어이 없었지.... 앞으로도 지금처럼만 해주면 돼 악플이나 루머에 상처 받지 말고 힘내♡

Honestly, if she picks a powerful song for finals, she will win. But I think that's not the plan of HFE. The plan is to show how versatile Siyeon is and I love it.

Siyeon doesn't care about winning or being the best, that's what I love about her, she's competitive but at the end of the day she truly loves singing! Jiu said when minx went on hiatus, Siyeon wouldn't even go out because it hurt to see others living her dream.

Man, this is the V-1 performance that I keep coming back to, Siyeon has such an impressive range. She so masterfully slides between notes that it seems like singing comes as easily to her as breathing, and every note is just dripping with color and flavor. While her Overdose cover gets the most attention, I think people need to appreciate this cover of The Moon of Seoul a lot more.

Never underestimate rock singer cause they have to burst their vocal to match up with the instrument and this might be damaging vocal cord. Technique is really important.

This is one of my favorite Korean songs, and I'm just amazed at how she made the song sound like HERS, you know? Still giving tons of respect to Kim Gun Mo, but she made it her own as well, that takes so much skill to do

If you want to win the competition, just play safe and choose popular song. If you want to show who really you are, chose the Siyeon way. Hope more DC member come on mayor TV show, don't sleep stay insom.

Sometime ago, her powerful and perfect vocals brought me to dreamcatcher and I never regretted :)

The emotions she puts in every song is so alluring. She most definitely showed us the range she has to do any genre. She’s really the hidden gem in this new generation of vocalists. I hope she gets to do more projects that showcases her beautiful voice!

I wouldn't say her song choice is bad. Yeonjung is known for her range and high notes, which Siyeon knew that she couldn't compete with (let's face it, yeonjung's range is really amazing) so she chose the other road that was blues and decided to show everyone the other side of her. Even if she didn't win the show, she had put the signature that a lee siyeon, Dreamcatcher's main vocal is insanely versatile and I feel that's the most important part.

But not anyone could slay this genre...it fits certain type of voice only. So, Siyeon did this amazingly. Plus, Ballad and high notes are more appealed to Koreans. So, it makes sense her opponent won with her popularity as well.

I love all of Siyeon's V1 performances, she really showed her versatility and who she is as a musician not just as an idol. As much as I wish Siyeon won, I cannot deny that Yeonjung is a very talented vocalist and deserves the recognition she is getting and I think this show did wonders for the both of them, I hope we can be at peace as fandoms and respect each other!

Stop sleeping on her amazing vocals

Her vocal always more linear carrying good solid energy from start to end. Her breathing technique is just as good as any top professionals. Emotions in Lyrics are translated through well which is not easy for young age. She sure has advantage over others. Her vocal color is not as pretty as some others bet she sings more professionally. Rock music suits her best so far I think. She's born to rock.

I don't understand why people pick Yeonjung over Siyeon. Yes i do admit that Yeonjung sang the last song powerfully but in terms of letting people feel the song in those emotions. Siyeon sang it with more feelings. Really, stop sleeping on dc.
