But one should buy water heaters which have ELCB protection which will protect the users in case of any current leakage. RCCB of 30mA or 100mA may not protect the user as passage of heavy current possible in wet conditions in very short period of time. If ELCB is not provide with the water heater then one should buy it separately and use with water heater.

RCCB kabhi single pole ki nahni hoti hai. Shayad aap MCB aur RCCB mein confuse hogaye hain.

30mA tripping current RCCB is ideal for home. 10mA tripping current RCCB is best for electric water heater use separately.

Double protection geysers with thermostat and relay are better.

Thermostat and Relay has nothing to do with the protection. Only those water geysers with ELCB of 10mA can give protection from electric shock in case of any leakage of current.
