Great to see that Boston crews getting a mention, giving that their low level attacks 1941-43 did so much excellent work in nw campaign
That was fun. I’d watch a series of the a-20. Great bomb accuracy! You made it look easy.
The bomb sight can be tilted forward and even look left/right to help with alignment on approach. Definitely worth checking the controls because without this functionality, you’re flying blind until the very last moment.
11:36 An honest depiction of a gunners death. No last words, no heartfelt letters to mom, no nothing. Just oblivion.
Had me couch piloting!! HOLY!! What a job of getting that shot to SHYT thing down...HOORAYS!!❤
The A-20c/g could do major damage to destroyers and light cruisers with it's .50 cals alone.
Good bomb runs and a crash landing with gear up and without killing all three: well done.

Wasn't his rear gunner and bombardier killed?

@@foreverpinkf.7603 Oh, his bombardier was wounded. Ok, that clears its up.
Poor gunner won't be needing his bacon and eggs
'Bad day at the office' for that last ship. A bomb misses (ha ha English dumbkopf) then they smash into a sinking vessel (ach, donner unt blitzen!) Most amusing. Nice one Taff, pax dude.
That was a well executed bombing mission, Taff! Three hits on the target out four is a good ratio! And I think that's the best belly landing I've seen you make, so well done! Too bad you didn't make it home, but any crash landing you walk away from is good!
Good to go again...as long as that fuel leak doesn't spark off.

That wasn't fuel. That was the tears of Taff's enemies.
I love these short vignettes! You're sounding better, keep it up!
I’ve been wanting to get back into flight sims, but most videos just remind me of what I grew tired of. This one was very cinematic, and really brought a realism thrill. Not sure so many passes is ever a good idea, though. Great video!
Great sortie! Fun watching.
Another Happy Landing
Loved this episode. It was great
Exciting sortie, well landed in the end, that would've been a monster to handle with all that damage. The cannon on the german fighters rips planes apart.
The A-20 is essentially an American Mosquito... we just couldn't talk the top brass out of having Armor on it
I really like air to ground and your very good at it too.
Well as they say, any landing you walk away from is good. 👍
All things considered, that was a pretty good strike. Well done!
Another cracking Taff in Exile landing :) Lord Luke would be proud !
Well done all round. Watched and 👍 Liked
Awesome flight. Enjoyed this one alot
A P-38 would turn green w/ envy of a few versions of B-25's. They (USAAF) mounted a .75 mm M4 cannon (later replaced by the specially designed for B-25, T13A1 75 mm) plus 2 mounted .50 calibers for a short while, but because of the muzzle velocity it popped rivets and damaged air frames, so that cannon was removed and replaced by more .50's or T13A1 75 mm cannon. Some had 8 rocket mounts, .50 calibers (4 nose, 1 pod of two on both sides of fuselage), 1-.50 waist gunner on each side, 2 more in top turret and 2 more in the tail, in addition to 3k lbs of bombs. Plus they had armor around the cockpit. Now THAT'S a fortress. The wimpy P-38 boasted a whole 20mm cannon and 4 50's. Granted, the P-38 was a WEE bit faster and more maneuverable.
A-20 was the most used bomber in WWII. Even had a upgraded versions made into gunships. The only thing that's not accurate in the game is their would be a flight of 50-200 bombers on a bombing run. Would take 200 b-17 to have a 90% hit accuracy on a gun casement
Nice flying. Sorry for your gunner friend.
Bravo with the A-20 Havoc
Loved this, please do more!
Great vid,Taff!!!!
1C needs to buy the rights to SIlent Hunter. Those ship models look so good. Would love to feed them some torps.
Very good, loved it a bunch
No worries, that'll buff out. Just get some T-Cut in there and you'll be fine!
Kinda reminds you how tragic war is
Great work please post more video
Good show Taff. 👍
Beautiful looking game.
The gunner ragdoll looked pretty realistic
'Ditching is good practice' catch-22
"Cry Havoc!! And let loose the Dogs of War!!!"
Blimey that was like a 3 act play.
looks hell fun
I wonder if the ship bombing tactic recommended this maneuver from the stern or the nose of the ship and not from the side?
Are you using TrackIR or Tobii for the game?
Text book landing....they don't know what they're talking about. Pip Pip.
👍👍🏴
is this on STEAM??? this seems like a good game

yes it is, and you can also purchase it from the il2 website.
I wonder how long he has flown a Boston? Not very good at aiming.
